Guest Policies:

One vehicle per site. There is ample parking in the guest parking lot. No boat trailer parking on sites. Trailers are parked in the trailer lot. Owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets and are responsible for any damages to the resort or property of others. Visitors are welcome. All visitors MUST Register in the office. There is a vistor fee for those staying more than 4 hours. Quiet hours are between 10 pm. and 8 am. We ask that you refrain from loud conversation or music during those times. We are a family establishment and appreciate your cooperation. Off road vehicles are welcome. In and out driving only Guests are responsible for cleaning up their site prior to departure. Trash and recycling areas are close to all sites. WE RECYCLE !!!!! A complete recycling is located near the garbage area. All cans, glass, paper and plastics are accepted. Recycling bags are available at the office. One RV/tent/camper per site only.

Deposit Policy:

All reservations must be held with a deposit of 25% of the lodging/camping reservation total. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and personal check.

Cancellation Policy:

All Lodging (cottages, camping cabins,campsites) Deposits will be returned (minus a $15 fee) on cancellations made within 45 days of the dates of occupation. Cancellations made within 45 days of the reservation dates will receive a refund if the space is rebooked (minus a $15 fee) Refunds will not be issued on any cancellation made within 7 days of the dates of occupation. Reservation holders will be financially responsible for the entire reservation if the unit is not rebooked.

Misc. Policies:

Golf carts, scooters and mini bikes are not allowed. Exceptions can be made for extenuating circumstances. Due to neighborhood issues, personal watercrafts are not allowed. Quiet hours - 10 pm - 8 am One camper per site

Visitors:

Visitors are welcome from 8 am to 10 pm, however there is a visitor fee. Visitors must register/pay in the office or an appropriate fees will be assessed to the registered guest they are visiting.

Vehicle:

One vehicle is allowed per site. There is ample parking available for extra vehicles in our parking area. Boat and ATV trailers must be parked in their designated areas.

ATV:

ATV's are welcome however they must remain on their trailers or in the designated ATV parking area. ATV's are not allowed at cabins or campsites and must remain parked

Pet Policy:

All pets must be attended at all times. Owners are responsible for picking up after their pets. Pets are welcome in all camping cabins and campsites only. Pets are not allowed in the Garden View, Red Pine & White Pine Cottages.
