| Deposit Policy: |
- All reservations must be held with a deposit of 25% of
the lodging/camping reservation total.
- We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover.

Cancellation Policy:
All Lodging
(cottages, camping cabins,campsites)

- Deposits will be returned (minus a $15 fee) on
cancellations made within 45 days of the dates of occupation.
- Cancellations made within 45 days of the reservation
dates will receive a refund if the space is rebooked (minus a $15 fee)
- Deposit Refunds will not be issued on any cancellation made
within 7 days of the dates of occupation. Reservation holders will be
financially responsible for the entire reservation if the unit is not
rebooked.
